Applications are invited from doctors working in paediatric neurology and related disciplines, including:

1. Paediatrics
2. Neurodisability
3. Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
4. Neurosurgery
5. Neurophysiology
6. Neuropathology

The essential requirement for membership is to have a substantial commitment to paediatric neuroscience as demonstrated by training and professional activity.

The categories of membership are:

Ordinary(£180 per annum* payable by direct debit)

Overseas(£180 per annum*) – open to doctors not currently living or working in the British Isles

Trainee(£50 per annum*, subscription to the journal is optional with additional payment) – open to doctors working in posts prior to Consultant appointment

Senior(£10 per annum*, subscription to the journal is optional with additional payment) – open to those who are retired

Honorary- awarded at the discretion of the Association

* A £10 supplement is payable by those who do not pay by direct debit

Ordinary and Overseas membership subscription includes a subscription to the journal Developmental Medicine and Child Neurology. The journal is optional for Trainee and Senior members at an additional cost of £86.00.

New members are considered for admission at the next Annual General Meeting, which is held in January each year. Applications should be received no less than one calendar month prior to the AGM or may be deferred to the following year. The next deadline for receipt of applications is 23 December 2012.

We will then contact your Proposer and Seconder (both of whom must be members of the Association) to ask if they support your application.
