Dr Donncha Hanrahan

Dr Hanrahan has been a consultant paediatric neurologist in the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children since 1998. He qualified in 1985 from University College Dublin and completed his training in Dublin, Glasgow and London, where he completed his MD thesis on the use of magnetic resonance spectroscopy in perinatal hypoxic-ischaemic injury. His particular interest within neurology is in neurometabolic conditions.
