Dr Adam Rennie

My Neuroradiology training in Oxford included adult and paediatric Neurology, Neurosurgery, Craniofacial, Head and Neck, and Neuro-ophthalmology.

I took the post of Consultant Interventional Neuroradiologist at University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust in December 2007. I commenced the Interventional Neuroradiology service for the Trust, and provided this service single-handedly until the appointment of a second intervener in November 2009.

In August 2011 I was appointed as Consultant Neuroradiologist at The National Hospital of Neurology and Neurosurgery, Queen Square, London, with an Honorary post of Consultant Neuroradiologist at Great Ormond Street Hospital. Between the two sites I provide the entire range of adult and paediatric interventional neuroradiology procedures, as well as diagnostic neuroradiology reporting in both adults and paediatrics. In terms of my paediatric Interventional Neuroradiology practice I provide two nationally commissioned services: Vein of Galen Malformation treatment and stereotactic radiosurgery for paediatric AVMs.

I am invited to lecture regularly on various topics involving Interventional Neuroradiology, with a specific interest in Paediatrics. I am a reviewer for Neuroradiology, Interventional Neuroradiology and Clinical Radiology journals. I hold further honorary consultant contracts at Alder Hey NHS Trust Liverpool, Oxford University Hospital NHS Trust, and St Georges NHS Trust London
