Join us for the BPNA 2025 Annual Conference which will be taking place as a hybrid event offering the flexibility to attend in person at Oxford or virtually through the BPNA conference app. Details listed below for registration and fee structures.
Please be aware that both social events are now fully booked. Please get in touch if you wish to be added to the wait list for either social events. If you have also booked onto the full conference rate with the inclusion of social events and do not wish to attend, please contact conference@bpna.org.uk
TO REGISTER
To book your place, log in using your existing username and password you used for abstract submissions, book BPNA courses or accessing the BPNA membership area. Please note when booking for the physical conference after Sunday 15 December 2024, we will be unable to guarantee catering for any dietary requirements. If booking after the 15 December or making an update to your dietary requirements on pre-existing booking after this, please email laura.james@bpna.org.uk to inform us of your request.

ABSTRACT PRESENTERS
Presenters will receive notification of abstract selection by 4 October 2024. Upon confirmation, please secure your attendance promptly. All presenters are expected to register for the conference. Those selected for a presentation must attend in-person at the Oxford venue.
FULL CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE, 8-10 JANUARY 2025, OXFORD (18 CPD POINTS)
Enjoy the complete conference experience in Oxford, including access to all sessions, networking opportunities and the social events. If you are booking the full conference rate and do not plan to attend one/both social events, kindly email conference@bpna.org.uk so that we can release the space to other interested participants.
Full physical conference registration includes:

- 1 ticket for the Welcome Reception on Wednesday 8 January 2025 (NOW FULLY BOOKED)

DAY RATES, OXFORD (6 CPD POINTS PER DAY) - PHYSICAL CONFERENCE ONLY
Day rate registration is only available at the physical conference in Oxford. No day rates are available for the virtual conference. Thursday 9 January 2025 is now fully booked.
Day rates will provide you access to the physical conference for the day selected, with full access to the virtual conference app platform for all 3-days. Please note when booking a day rate, you will only receive a certificate at the end of the conference for the day/s you have booked. You will not receive a certificate if attending sessions virtually on separate days.
