2026 Cancellation

Cancellation policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstance may arise, leading to the need for cancellations. The BPNA is a charity organisation and will strive to accommodate these situations to the best of our ability. However, this is may not always be possible at short notice and the following terms will apply:

• Cancellation up to one month before the conference: we will refund all fees paid, less a GBP 25 administration fee.
• Cancellation less than one month before the conference: we will be unable to refund cancellations made within one month of the conference.
• Transfer of registration: If you are unable to attend, but wish to transfer your registration to a colleague, we can transfer fees, less a GBP 25 administration fee.
