Hotel accommodation for the 2026 Glasgow conference can be arranged directly with Glasgow Convention Bureau offering a complimentary booking service.

Glasgow Convention Bureau has secured a selection of competitively priced bedrooms at hotels conveniently located near the conference venue. Accommodation is sold on a first come first serve basis and the published rates will be available until the 17 December 2025. We recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment and to secure your discounted rate. Please be aware that Glasgow Convention Bureau operates under its own Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, which can be found on their website. You can also check locations and walking distances before making your booking. Once a booking has been confirmed, Glasgow Convention Bureau will send a confirmation email directly to you. Please note that you are required to provide a card number to secure your booking however no payment will be taken and you should pay your hotel directly on arrival. If you would like to pre pay for your accommodation please contact Glasgow Convention Bureau. Please check the cancellation policy that Glasgow Convention Bureau send to you. If you wish to cancel your booking or make any amendments, including extending your stay out of the conference nights available on the portal, please contact Glasgow Convention Bureau directly.
