ABSTRACT PRESENTERS

Presenters will receive notification of abstract selection by 7 October 2026. Upon confirmation, please secure your attendance promptly. All presenters are expected to register and attend the physical conference. Those selected for a presentation must attend in-person at the Birmingham venue.

DAY RATES, BIRMINGHAM (6 CPD POINTS PER DAY) - PHYSICAL CONFERENCE ONLY

Day rate registration is only available at the physical conference in Birmingham. No day rates are available for the virtual conference. 

Day rates will provide you access to the physical conference for the day selected, with full access to the virtual conference app platform for all 3-days. Please note when booking a day rate, you will only receive a certificate at the end of the conference for the day/s you have booked. You will not receive a certificate if attending sessions virtually on separate days.

SOCIAL EVENT TICKETS (FOR THE PHYSICAL CONFERENCE ONLY)

When booking, you will have the option to add additional social event tickets to your full conference registration or to any day attendance booking. 1 ticket for each social event is included withing the full physical attendance rate and must be selected at the time of booking. Please note that social event places are limited and are subject to early bird and late rates outlined below.

If booking more than one ticket per person (if wishing to bring a guest who will not be attending the conference) VAT will be charged for any additional tickets beyond your own at the time of booking.

Registration fees have increased by 1%. The pricing structure is designed solely to cover the cost of delivering the conference, including all in-person, virtual and hybrid elements. We are committed to keeping the event accessible while ensuring a high-quality experience for all attendees.
