The BPNA2027 Conference Organising Committee is excited to invite abstracts' submissions for the upcoming conference, to be held in Birmingham, from 6–8 January 2027.

BPNA has recently partnered with Oxford Abstracts, a trusted 3rd party, to manage the submissions of Abstracts, Sponsored Symposia, MacKeith Prize Applications and Bursary Applications.
How to Create Your Oxford Abstracts Account
To sign up for an Oxford Abstracts account, you only need to register once, using the email address registered in your BPNA account.
1. Choose your submission type and click the corresponding link:
2. Select ‘Sign up with email’
3. Enter your email address (this must match your BPNA account email address) and your name.
4. Create a password and check your inbox for a verification link to confirm your email.
5. After verification, you will be redirected straight to your chosen submission form.

Note: Application window for MacKeith Prize, Bursaries and Sponsored Symposia are the same as the abstracts' submissions: 8 June – 7 September 2026.

Important Information
To ensure a smooth application process, please keep the following in mind:
• All selected abstract submitters are expected to register for the conference.
• All oral, video challenge or poster presenters must register and attend the event in person in Birmingham.
• Abstracts selected for presentation at the BPNA conference will be published in the journal Developmental Medicine and Child Neurology.
