The BPNA 2024 Annual Conference will be taking place as a hybrid event with the option to attend either physically in Bristol or virtually via the BPNA conference app.
Please note when booking for the physical conference after Monday 8 January 2024, we will be unable to guarantee catering for any special dietary requirements. Therefore, if you are booking after this date and have a special dietary requirement, please make sure to email conference@bpna.org.uk to inform staff of your request.
To book, log in using the username and password you used to submit your abstract, book other BPNA courses and/or access the BPNA membership area.
Reduced rates are available for both the physical and virtual conference for members. If you are NOT already a member but wish to join, you need to apply for membership before 30 November 2023 to benefit from the reduced conference fees for members.
Presenters, you will hear whether your abstract has been selected by the 4 October 2023. As soon as you hear, you should book your place at the conference. All presenters are expected to register to attend the conference. All those accepted for an oral poster presentation, oral presentation or to be part of the video challenge must attend to present at the physical conference in Bristol.
FULL CONFERENCE RATES
Full physical conference registration includes:
- Physical registration in Bristol for all sessions 24-26 January 2024
- Lunch and refreshments on all days
- 1 ticket for the Welcome Reception on Wednesday 24 January 2024
- 1 ticket for the Thursday dinner on Thursday 25 January 2024
- Full access to the virtual conference
Full virtual conference registration includes:
- Virtual registration for all sessions 24-26 January 2024
- Access to view recorded sessions following the conference. Recordings will be available to view for registered attendees for all sessions at least 30-days following the conference.

DAY RATES (FOR THE PHYSICAL CONFERENCE ONLY)
Day rate registration is only available at the physical conference in Bristol. No day rates are available for booking when registering for the virtual conference.
Day rates will provide you access to the physical conference for the day selected, with full access to the virtual conference app platform for all 3-days. Please note when booking a day rate, you will only recieve a certificate at the end of the conference for the day/s you have booked. You will not recieve a certificate if attening sessions virtually on seperate days.
